This was our second experience with Sandra, the first being a rental home search in the same market (Port St. Lucie, FL) a few years back. As with our first experience, this one proved to be another great experience. One of Sandra's greatest assets is her flexibility. We started with a plan and that plan changed several times over the course of our house hunting. With each twist, Sandra shifted gears and quickly came up to speed and seamlessly aligned with our new objectives. Sandra's input on both resales and new construction was invaluable. She was able to take input from the three of us and help sort out minor differences and also helping us to discuss the pros and cons when bigger decisions needed to be made. Using her excellent facilitation skills, she was always able to bring us to a consensus. After two weekends of searching for our new home we finally arrived at an agreement on which home we wanted to put an offer on. Sandra's assistance in coming up with an offer was invaluable and we were happy with and accepted the builder's counter offer. From the vantage point of having closed last week and now being in the home for 4 days, it is easy to look back on the process and see where, when and how Sandra helped us to arrive at the perfect home. She did a great job staging our home. The pictures we put on line looked great and were a great selling point. She helped us get to a price point that made sense for us. We were in a difficult seller's market. Communication is key when selling a house, Sandra texted us e-mailed and called us, keeping us informed of what was going on. We can't thank her enough for all her help.
