It was a real pleasure to work Regina Carroll and John Silva on the sale of my home. Both their knowledge of the local market and the competition were very well communicated on a regular basis, and their expertise and guidance made the entire process seamless, from setting the right price to staging the property for maximum appeal.Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to my questions. Thanks to Gina and John negotiation skills, I received an offer and the closing process was smooth and stress-free, making me appreciate the value of a skilled realtor even more.I would highly recommend Gina and John to anyone looking to sell their home.

Ivan kept me updated by emails and phone calls during the sale of my condo. There was no worry for me because of Ivan's professionalism, he made the process of the sale easy. He was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to the closing, inspections etc. I like that fact that Ivan is very proactive and an excellent communicator. I would definitely would recommend Ivan for any of my friends and family who need to buy or sell a home.
