I worked with Jim & Eileen to sell my mom's house in Apopka. It was a uniquely challenging situation, as I live in WA state and needed someone who could oversee the process of getting the house ready for sale. From the get-go, Jim & Eileen were transparent, hard-working, and communicative about all aspects of the process. It really helped me gain clarity as to the best path forward for my mom's situation. Throughout the process, I would often ask their advice.
