After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. Although she knew I was not ready to purchase, she assured me to take my time and she created an account for me and sent different homes for me to look at immediately. One of Susanne's many strengths besides being very resourceful is patience. I constantly changed the location of where I wanted to live. Nevertheless, Susanne never showed annoyance towards me. She kept reminding me this journey is about me and the house I want. I really appreciated Susanne for allowing me to take my time and not feel rushed. A year later, we found the perfect house for me. I am grateful for her cheerfulness, always answering the phone and listing to me being indecisive, knowledgeable in her field, her professionalism, sense of humor and most of all; knowing that she had my best interested at heart. I highly recommend Susanne especially as she made me feel like I was the only client she had.
