Purchasing a home is overwhelming and daunting. We received an offer on our current home the first weekend Scott had it listed. And it was clear we wanted the third home. Scott helped us negotiate a fair price and many unique details for us to close. It was seemless. He handled all of the inspections, closing details, and the barrage of questions we had along the way. We were able to close simultaneously with the sale of our home! That was amazing.
