Thomas was fantastic to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and he fought to make sure we got everything we wanted throughout the process. He also made sure we understood what to look for in a home, what could become a problem, and what to stay away from. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would absolutely recommend Thomas to anyone buying or selling a home.

We had a fantastic experience working with Tom to sell our Florida home. The process ended up taking about nine months due to a tough market/property, but throughout that entire time Tom was patient, persistent, responsive, and completely committed to getting the house sold. He stayed on top of everything, communicated with us throughout the process, and never seemed discouraged even when things took longer than any of us had hoped. We always felt that he was working hard on our behalf and doing everything he could to get us to the finish line. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when it takes some time, and having someone who remained so steady and dedicated made a huge difference. We were extremely happy with the job he did and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

This was our 1st time buying rental property. He was always super patient and always available to look at many properties and to answer all my dumb rookie questions. Always polite and professional and kind. We got the property for $30,000 less than the apprasial price. He did all the heavy lifting with the seller and her agent. Even after we closed on the property, he still is taking the time and allow access to all his connections to get our property in tip top shape. I am glad we choose Tom McNamara Jr. Grateful for his expertise. We will be using him for our 2nd rental property!
