I hired Tom to handle selling multiple homes in Sanford and this particular home was the most challenging. I renovated this home to look beautiful however it was going to cost far more than it was worth to correctly renovate the trusses underneath the roof. He still found a buyer who put it under contract at a great price. Despite several kickbacks from inspections, the biggest holdup was that the roof permit had not been closed out when replaced 2 years prior. We closed anyway on condition I get my roofer to correct that situation and Tom continued to assist with that process AFTER the sale. This is one of the reasons I chose Tom to handle selling these homes- the level of integrity and professionalism you don't typically find with other agents. Thank you, Tom, for all your hard work!

I hired Tom to help with the sale of several rental homes in Sanford and he showed excellent professionalism with all of them. He found a buyer on this particular house who, despite my extensive renovation, came back with many items from his inspections but with Tom's negotiations, all I really needed to focus on was to replace the roof. He found an excellent roofer who not only quickly handled the job, but was even willing to be paid at closing! I didn't have to come out of pocket to replace the roof! As soon as that job was done, the closing was seamless. There was no stressful back and forth negotiating. What could have been a complicated and expensive process turned out to be quite easy. I don't have a lot of home buying experience since this was my first time, but Tom made the experience go smoothly. His experience as a agent goes beyond just simply facilitating communication between buyer and seller, he can notice problems or issues with houses and voice his concern to you based on past experiences. His experience in the home buying sector also has given him great contacts for people in the trades that could fix problems on houses, and that came in handy for the house that I purchased. All in all, I would have Tom as my agent again if I were to do this process again (maybe in the future).
