This was our 1st time buying rental property. He was always super patient and always available to look at many properties and to answer all my dumb rookie questions. Always polite and professional and kind. We got the property for $30,000 less than the apprasial price. He did all the heavy lifting with the seller and her agent. Even after we closed on the property, he still is taking the time and allow access to all his connections to get our property in tip top shape. I am glad we choose Tom McNamara Jr. Grateful for his expertise. We will be using him for our 2nd rental property!
