Let me tell you, selling a property from across the country with no local contacts can be quite intimidating. I found Laura's contact information on the internet and reached out to her without knowing what to expect. Let me just say, she is PHENOMENAL! She understood exactly what I wanted, was prompt in all communication, and was able to sell my house in less than two months. In addition to handling the extras of dealing with tenants, property management companies, etc., she was an expert advisor to me and I feel that because of her, I was able to get the best possible deal on the house. Truly impressed by her knowledge, skills, and professionalism. If I ever need another realtor in FL, she will be the one I go to!

Ms. Martinez , was knowledgable, patient and incredibly respectfully. I started out thinking I only had one option regarding my purchase; but left the experience building my dream house in a gated community on the lake. I am so grateful and happy, and it’s all because of using Ms. Martinez. You are my family’s realtor for the future. Respectfully.
