Lori is remarkable! She had an extensive knowledge of the homes that she showed us. Lori asked us what we were looking for and showed ua several properties that filled the bill! We had so many choices that were perfect. She is a Professional who cares more about the buyers, than her commission! I recommend her highly. She is the best.

As first-time homebuyers, we were bracing for a daunting and complex process, but Lori Lucente-Nelson and Marisa Nelson-Rutz made our journey to homeownership remarkably smooth and stress-free. Their dedication is truly unparalleled; Marisa, even while pregnant, was present for every inspection, showcasing her incredible commitment. Lori's responsiveness was equally impressive, answering our myriad questions at all hours, demonstrating their deep knowledge and expertise in the Orlando real estate market. What sets Lori and Marisa apart isn't just their professional acumen but also their genuine kindness and warmth. Throughout this process, they were not only our realtors but became our friends, offering not just guidance but personable support. If we had known that buying a home could be this positive an experience with such expert advice, we would have taken this step years ago. We have not only found a wonderful home but also trusted advisors and friends in Marisa and Lori. Rest assured, they will be our first call when we're ready to sell and buy again. For anyone looking to navigate the real estate market, there are no better hands to be in than Lori’s and Marisa’s.

Lori was top notch in her work. Very informative and helpful through the entire process. Could not have asked for a better realtor!
