If your looking for a true professional, thorough, experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and goes above/beyond for the client… look no further.

This was our first experience with Orlando Realty and we were very happy. Kristi and Kim are very knowledgable about the Hunters Creek market and pricing trends as the market changes. They were proactive and communicated with us on a timely basis and very professional when any problem had to be taken care of. They stayed on top of things, answered our questions and concerns right away and would follow up on any issues that came up. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Orlando Realty.

"Kristi, along with Kimberly, met with us as we were interviewing agents to sell our house. We were immediately impressed because they had extensive local knowledge which they used to price our house 25K more than other realtors we had talked to and they said they were quite sure the price they were suggesting was appropriate. They were correct and we actually got above asking price with the appraisal meeting the selling price. Had we gone with one of the other realtors we had met with, that would have been a bunch of lost money for us. Kristi and Kimberly were very proactive and calm throughout the sale which did include some hiccups. We are truly thankful for their hard work, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile for us. Our experience with Kristi and Kimberly was second to none!"
