Moving across state lines is a big deal. When you work with two realtors in different locations, you quickly realize how much quality matters. Kristi Ariaz was the superior realtor by miles! Kristi genuinely cared about us, we were never just a paycheck. She understood exactly what we wanted in a home, respected our budget, and knew how to communicate effectively with the other party. After seeing the difference working with our out-of-state realtor, Kristi’s value absolutely skyrocketed. When things got stressful with our other transaction, Kristi went above and beyond. She listened to our concerns and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions on how to handle the challenges with our other realtor, multiple times. Her advice ultimately helped save that sale and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. Kristi’s marketing and negotiation expertise clearly translate across markets, no matter the differences in local contracts. Kristi is now our realtor for life, we found the right person! There are plenty of people trying their hand at real estate, but few have the experience, skill, and heart that Kristi brings. Having seen her buying and selling strategies firsthand, we highly recommend her services.

We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Kristi. She is genuinely one of the kindest, most thoughtful professionals we’ve ever worked with and was truly the reason we were able find and purchase our dream home and short-term rental. From the beginning, Kristi took the time to understand what we were looking for, including our budget and goals for a property that could double as a successful rental. She showed us a wide variety of homes, helping us understand the areas and market. She was especially knowledgeable about HOAs and made sure to include options with low or no fees, exactly as we requested. Kristi is incredibly organized. Every time we toured homes, she had a clear plan and provided an easy-to-follow info sheet for each property in the order we visited them. This made it simple to take notes and compare homes afterward. What truly sets Kristi apart is her expertise and attention to detail. She pointed out features we would have overlooked and helped us understand how layouts would work for both personal use and as a rental. When we weren’t in town, she toured homes for us and video called us so we wouldn’t miss anything. She brought incredible knowledge about what makes a property successful as a rental and offered insights we never would have thought of. She even met the appraiser and handled every detail seamlessly—even proactively replacing a cracked garbage can lid! Thanks to Kristi, the process was smooth and stress-free. Her guidance also helped us get our home rental-ready in just over a month. We highly recommend her!
