Rosania did a wonderful job managing the sale of my property. As soon as it was listed, views began flooding in. And, within just a few days we received a list price offer. The property was a rental and had a disagreeable tenant at the end of her lease right around the time we put it on the market. Rosania essentially took over the management of her and shielded that from me. I am greatly appreciative for everything Rosania did during the whole process.

I can’t speak highly enough of Melissa Lamenza as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest and motivated. Being my first home she was very patient with me and all the questions that I had. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home!
