Her knowledge of the market was invaluable in helping us formulate a successful strategy for buying our home. Unlike many agents who may be content to get the sale done, Ana fought hard to get us the best price possible, even though it resulted in a lower commission for her. During the purchase, Ana's can-do attitude came though as she helped arrange inspections and coordinated mundane things like the property survey. She was helpful in finding a mortgage lender that was willing to provide financing at a reasonable rate (not an easy task during the Covid pandemic). Even after the move, we have relied on Ana to help pick the right contractors to do the necessary repairs. (Ana has refurbished many homes, so she knows many roofers and other contractors here in South Florida.) It is worth mentioning that she was always available, and would often pick up the phone or call back right away. (I don't know how she did it with the number of deals that she was juggling.) In short, Ana is worth her weight in gold. I highly recommend her.

Kimmie was fantastic throughout this journey. She was always available right away when I needed her and got me speedy answers when needed. Kimmie was also able to recommend wonderful help with the projects needed to get my house ready. This is the fifth house I have sold and this was definitely my best experience so far.
