With each showing Carlos took notes on what our likes and dislike were on each of the houses and kept in mind that we wanted to be in the same neighborhood as my sister and niece in the Shores. When we first started looking to move to this area we were living out of town and Carlos was aware that we could only come down on the weekends due to my work schedule. He would send us the listings he felt would be of interest. We would look them over and send him a list of the listings we were interested in. He would make up a list from our choices, then spend the weekend showing us the houses we sent to him. Thankfully we were able to switch realtors there and we were able to get our house sold. Through all the ups and downs, we went through with trying to get our house sold, relocating to Ocala and finally finding the house we wanted, Carlos made the experience positive and enjoyable.
