Alice got me my dream home! Firstly, when I viewed the home it was already under contract (with another buyer), but she encouraged us to view the property anyways incase the current contract fell through. Well I'm so glad we did, because once the house was re-listed, not only were we already prepared to make an offer, but she was also able to beat the competing offer on the house AND stay within my budget, all whilst I was out of town traveling. Alice was amazing throughout the entire process, always coming well prepared to the viewings to answer my many questions. She also took the time to explain every detail and line of the very many and very overwhelming contracts that come with purchasing a home. I am an anxious person by nature, so purchasing my first home came with a lot of stress (especially given today's market), so I appreciated that Alice answered every call/text I had on both large and minor questions, promptly.
