Edgar is a wonderful agent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and hard working and always puts your goals for what you are looking in a home first. Edgar is very respectful of your time and works hard to manage showings and appointments on your schedule. We felt all our feedback was heard and expanded upon as we continued searching for our dream home. Edgar did a phenomenal job showing us homes, getting details and more information on homes, and on connecting us to the resources we needed. From start to finish this has been a great experience for us. Overall we are very happy now with the purchase of our new home. I would 100% recommend Edgar as an agent to anyone looking to buy a home.

Edgar is a outstanding agent. He was very diligent in getting everything organized and getting with the builder to get our journey of buying a home started. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and outgoing. This is the second home Edgar has helped my family and me buy. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. I greatly appreciate him, and would highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Edgar. You're the best.

We met Edgar at an open house he was hosting and decided to engage him to help us search for a new home. Edgar was promptly available when we wanted to look at a home and was patient as we looked at many homes. When we found the home we purchased Edgar recommended a great inspection company and attended the inspection with us. Edgar was very helpful in following up with the seller and their agent to make sure the punch list items were repaired to our satisfaction. Edgar has a great demeanor and is a pleasure to work with.

Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

We had good experience! Took time at beginning to explain the process. Response time was great!!

We enjoyed working with Stephen and the Flat Fee Team. Very responsive and helpful with the hard questions.
