My husband and I have been looking to buy a property without a realtor for a few years. Once we got in contact with Oscar, he has been a great guide through the whole home buying process. Oscar is knowledgeable about real state and was able to ease our worries about any concerns that came up through the whole process. From August to March, Oscar has been there for us and I'm excited to say that we are now Homeowners! Thank you for everything, Oscar!

Janet always kept us in the loop, she would offer her knowledge of the market currently and as it changed. She knew what was happening and how we could change things if we needed to. We were more than satisfied with her actions as a strong representative of the real estate world.

We just purchased our Orlando home and it wouldn't have happened without Catherine (Cathy). I live in CA and with Covid19 we had to do the entire transaction virtually. With FaceTime we toured the entire house inside and out. She even took me on a virtual tour in her car of the neighborhood. She was very patient and gave us a prompt accurate response to all of our questions. She helped us with the loan, walk through and signing. I never left my living room. Cathy is very personable and we are very happy.
