In 2011 I was living in NYC, working full time while also attending college full time at night. As if life wasn't complicated enough, I was also in the process of looking for a home to buy in Florida. The lease on my apartment was about to expire, both my wife and I had handed in letters of resignation to our employers and our kids were not registered for the following school year in NYC. We were desperate to find the right Florida home. This is when we first met Arles Hernandez.
