Very attentive and thorough

Best Realtor in Mount Dora
I have been working with Mr Blake for the last 4 years. Purchased 2 properties with his help and guidance, both transactions went smoothly and professionally. But, what I admire the most , Mr. Blake's honesty and integrity. On a few occasions he has revealed problems with properties in which I was considering purchasing and he revealed issues the properties had. One with a foundation issue and another built next to a farm in which during certain time of the year emitted strong fumes. Most realtors would not share this and for that I am grateful! Mr. Blake saved us twice and lost a substantial commission. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable! Thank you Barry! Always our relator!
