From the 1st day we met I knew she was going to be great. As time went on she was always on point. Communication was key. She knows the market well and helped me every step of the way. She negotiated for me and is very professional. Lorena has been an Angel in disguise. On days I felt lost she was always positive and helpful to me. She made sure I understood everything that was going on n went above and beyond for me. She answered all of my questions immediately and even on her days off she would answer questions and concerns.
