Dario is the best! I live in New Hampshire but wanted to buy a winter house in Florida. He started looking for me right away and was always very responsive, knowledgeable and educating. When I saw a house I really liked that he sent me, he was all over it- which is what you need in this market. Within a day he went and did a showing for me on a Sunday as I could not get down to Florida right away. I had an offer written up and submitted the same day and he kept on the listing agent until we got the house. I flew down to Florida a day later he picked me up from the airport and we looked at the house and drove around the neighborhood all day because I was unfamiliar with it.
