Loida made my experience of buying a property so much easier than it could have been. Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was always available to answer any questions I had and to follow-up with the lender or other realtor when necessary. She is excellent at what she does and I would happily use her services again.

Fotini was an outstanding agent for us! We had a very difficult time working with the seller, mortgage broker, and the title company. Documents were not accurate, numbers had to be adjusted, and so many emails and phone calls had to be made to get us through a successful closing. It was by far the hardest time I've ever had in purchasing a home. Fo was there with us every step of the way. She was constantly engaged, checking in, helping make sense of the issues, reaching out to her network of experts due to our unique circumstances. We could not have done it without her! She was friendly, supportive, professional, and without her we would have given up or lost our sanity. Good agents can get you through easy/standard transactions. I welcome this opportunity to ask you to name Lorriane Castor The employee of the month as she did what two other Realtors could not do Lorriane sold our home for us ..Lorriane stopped by our home one afternoon as she saw the sign up in our yard that said For Sell by Owner she knocked on the door and I answer it ,after she introduced herself I explained to her that the Home had been on the market for 2 years and the realtor had not sold it so we where trying to sell it ourselves ,we did have a few bites but they always came up not taking the Home ,after listing to us Lorriane said I can sell your Home for you so we gave her a contract and by golly she did it .Lorraine was always very professional with calling us and sending us E-mails and bringing prospect buyer to see the Home I would recommend her to my friends or family if the needs arises . sincerely Charles and Phyllis Davis
