We were thankful the Katie Spires team was willing to work together with Tranzon Driggers and Chris Dudley to use the real estate auction method in conjunction with the traditional real estate sale method for the sale of our home. Each party played an instrumental role in the phenomenally successful sale of our home. Katie’s team of experts helped us prepare for the sale with guidance on setting the house up to show at it’s very best, arranged for and managed the repairs/updates for us when we were out of town, created an amazing video of our home to use in marketing, provided the traditional seller documentation to share with potential buyers/bidders, and actively marketed it with other agents and through the MLS system.
