Good experience. This was my first time selling a house since my husband always handled it previously. Upon his death, I was left with selling this house on my own. Joe is a very good communicator, great helper, and a very knowledgeable realtor. Joe's guidance through the selling process was exceptional. Whatever I did not understand, he would explain it to me in a way that I could understand it.

Margaret has the patience of a saint. My husband and I really didn't know where we wanted to live. She showed us houses all over. We even changed our mind on a house. She probably hated us at times. She never showed it. She kept showing us everything she could. We finally found the perfect place. She helped us get inspection and repair people to negotiate A fair deal. She even had to find paperwork for the seller who wasn't even her client to help us close. Like I said Margaret Reyes goes above and beyond!!!
