From our very first encounter , Bill was professional , courteous, knowledgeable and most of all listened to my wishes . He came prepared with local home sales and listings for comparison .Communication was excellent at all times . The photography of the listing were so excellent too. Far better than any others I have seen . I would highly recommend Bill and his associates for making a stressful situation extremely easy on my part .

Thomas and Stephen are amazing. I keep forgetting to do this, so please forgive the fact that this review is 8 months late. I first met Thomas when contacting him about a condo development he immediately told me not to waste my time with. He was right and saved us weeks of agony. Thomas helped us to sell my husbands old house, which was a little tricky because it was an older home and we were selling it as is. He did any amazing job especially considering the first offer fell through. He also assisted us with purchase of a new home which he did outstanding on. The home purchase was also tricky because we ended up pulling an offer we made and had to fight to get the deposit back, which he did. I give Thomas and Stephen a 1,00 stars and and am happy to say they have also become friends.

I had a previous realtor who told me that I would not get my asking price and that I should take a cheaper offer..after our contract ended I hired Marci and told her what I wanted, she said she could sell it for me for asking my price, and could get it sold within 3 months. There were a lot of hurdles that made me upset and just her telling me to stay positive that things would work out. She went above and beyond to make this happen..She was very dedicated and encouraging..She ended up selling my house for my asking price in 2 months not 3, and she also got me my back pay that my ex owed me for maintaining the house...I was so grateful for her and her patience . I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell
