Had a HOT situation with my mother's place. Was time for her to move to assisted living but being able to pay those bills depended on selling her duplex for top dollar. Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live. In the end, within two days, WE HAD AN OFFER FOR $26,000.00 OVER ASKING PRICE. If I had to do it again, I would be calling Randy.

Let me just say that Bob Galbo was a very interesting person! Very fastidious and attentive to details,knowledgeable and has awesome nomenclature as well as patience in explaining the jargon of real estate to people who are inexperienced! Not only did he systematically go over complicated details with us but he did it in a fashion that made us trust his advice in making our decision on our future investment! I now maintain a personal friendship with Bob Galbo and he feels like an old family friend we've known for years. The most impressive attribute is that he is selfless,in that he stood to make more money in commissions if we purchased a more expensive home,but Bob advised us against it due to the fact that the purchase was not in our best interest. He's awesome and I would reccomend anyone to him.its a refreshing feeling that there are still good,honest hardworking agents that care about the peoples best interest! E.Ubele
