My husband and I had a great experience with Amire in purchasing our new home. Amire was on top of things and explained everything to us including explaining about HOA and CDD fees as well as pointing out flood zone areas and what that would mean for insurance. She was right there setting up home viewings and writing up bids as we needed. Sometimes We got a little discouraged but she actually offered encouragement to us and said we would find the house that was right for us. We did and it’s great. I love the house. Thanks to Amire.

Good experience. This was my first time selling a house since my husband always handled it previously. Upon his death, I was left with selling this house on my own. Margaret has the patience of a saint. My husband and I really didn't know where we wanted to live. She showed us houses all over. We even changed our mind on a house. She probably hated us at times.
