Katherine was amazing! The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent the entire evening walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time home buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Katherine Clarke does it, shes the best. I recommend her without hesitation.

Monica did an outstanding job helping us to buy our condo in Florida. Since the very first contact she established a close communication with us. She had the extra challenge to help us in the distance as we where out of the US, in a different time zone in Europe, which meant to extend working hours!. She had to advice us on every single detail remotely. Monica was our eyes in Florida and she did in such professional way that we did not doubt to proceed with the contract on line.
