We made the initial offer, and it was accepted, at the same time she worked with us to list our current house, she had a photographer come out, and she made the process smooth. We had a lot of showings due to her staging recommendations and received multiple offers. We sold for the price we wanted and purchased our new house for what we expected to get it for. She was honest about what she told us during the process, and she made sure we understood what was going on throughout the entire process.
