Using the same realtor for 25 years to buy, sell, buy, sell, buy pays off! The relationship makes all the difference. The Ward Team got right to work as soon as we had a phone conversation about considering leasing a house and leaving a rental community. They were sure they could find a brand-new villa for less than our current lease rate even with all the expenses added in (HOA, Insurance, Utilities, etc). They were 100% correct.
