Stefanie is so great at what she does. Not only is she professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market but she is reliable - always just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I was previously listed with a different realtor for six months (!) and my house just sat with no effort and no movement. It was quite discouraging to say the least. As soon as I signed with Stefanie, everything changed and things happened quickly. My house sold and then closed within a month! I couldn’t be happier with everything Stefanie did . . she was fantastic from beginning to end. She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process . . always keeping me aware of what was happening. But what really made a difference for me is that she’s incredibly kind & understanding of all the ups and downs associated with the process of selling my home. We met Bob Slutsky for the first time in November, 2025. We had told him what we were looking for and he went out of his way to show us 7 houses. He also had thorough information on each house for us to take with us. At that time, we had not listed our house but it didn't matter to Bob. He gave us his undivided attention anyway. We listed our house in December 2025 but with the holidays approaching, we didn't really do much promotion. Then suddenly in February, 2026 we received an offer on our house.
