Very thorough excellent communicator.

Holly is very knowledgeable, she knows her real estate, and she will get to the bottom of whatever she has to get to. There’s no doubt. She always responds so quickly. She can be aggressive when she needs to be which it’s nice to have someone that isn’t afraid to speak her mind and have your back. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone who wants a very go-getter realtor. It is always a pleasure to work with her. We love, Holly!! And I think anybody else would too.

Patience of a Ssint

This is the second time I have worked with Holly on. real estate transaction. She communicated with me every part of my purchasing my new home. She kept me informed about inspections, surveys, appraisals, what stage of the loan we were at. Her professionalism is always present. The negotiation skills: MIND BLOWING! That is all I am saying. As far as market knowledge, she knew the value of every house on the street where I bought my home.

Tennessee Realtor praises work for quick sale

I met Tom about a year before the house sale to get some advice on preparation. He helped with info that I put to use. When it was time to sell my Mount Dora property he met with me immediately. I had some doubt when he said my house would sell in two days. We had three offers well above the $182,000 list price. Although I am a Realtor in Tenn. it was good that I chose a Florida Realtor near my house to help sell it. For sale buy owner would not have worked and selling price no doubt would have been lower. Lesson learned: stick with a proven Realtor such as Mr. Langmann.
