Thank you for reading my bio. Let me start with the numbers. In the last year, I closed 54 deals totaling $14.4 million dollars in business. This places me in the Top 200 out of the 26,879 Realtors in the local Realtor Association.
My involvement in the local community does not end there. I am a proud member of the Dave Ramsey Organization, which has enhanced my ability to develop greater relationships with clients relocating to the Orlando area. Additionally, I am involved with the Brian Buffini Peak Producers Organization, which ensures I provide services supported by referrals and a high measure of accountability. I am also President of a local BNI (Business Network International) Chapter, whose core values with the Givers Gain philosophy—if I give business to you, you will reciprocate and help me grow my business. My service on the grievance and professional standards committee's of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association over the last 6 years has not only opened my eyes regarding what not to do in this business but has also helped me develop meaningful connections with my peers.
One of my core beliefs relies on the notion that charity and giving to others is what makes for a successful individual. That could not be truer in residential real estate. I am passionate about working with the Military, teachers, firefighters, police, nurses, doctors and other service–oriented professionals to ensure their dreams of home ownership become a reality.
Another thing that drives me to excel and achieve the best results for my clients is my desire to provide a better life for my wonderful family. As a “Modern Family”, we love unconditionally. I am proud to know this kind of love. My wife and I have 8 children and 9 grandchildren, we love them all unconditionally. We are all for one and one for all.
