We interviewed several real estate agents before choosing KC Harder and we’re so glad we did. She was clear about the process, what her compensation included and exactly what we needed to do to get our home market-ready—despite listing off-peak. After painting over the loud colors left by a previous owner, staging and listing, the house went under contract in just four days for $15,000 more than what other realtors told us we’d be “lucky” to get. We closed early, and KC made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her—thank you, KC!

Kristin is a wonderful agent and a wonderful person, she made the process so easy for us as first home home buyers. Kristin is a very patience and informative person. Always there when needed, always will be grateful to her for helping us find our home!
