Lisa had professional photography done which really showcased the home's assets. She responded quickly to texts and emails and answered any issues I had and kept me informed on what I needed to be aware of. Dan went above and beyond to help sell my home. When I was unavailable to meet a repairman, he went to the house, met him, waited and made sure the work was completed. The house was under contract in under a week and the sale closed within 40 days. He is a nice guy, accommodating and knowledgeable. No question- hire him.
