Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Carla Morris. I was working with another agent for months that made me feel I was not important because of the price range I was in and then I found Carla. Within 1 month I found my first home. That in itself should speak volumes. She told me not to be discouraged that I would find a home within my range. She is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind. She is thorough and even if she didn't have the answer she would find it. She is determined and she will help you get into your home. If you're looking for an agent I promise you choosing Carla would be the best decision you make. I know it was mine and now I'm living my dream!

Failed to follow up and return call within reasonable time, but cordial and good person

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute best in the business — two homes sold and top dollar every time! Working with Michelle Parrish and Parrish Realty Group has been an incredible experience across two different home sales. Years ago, a friend referred Michelle to me, and it was the best advice I ever took. On my first home, she had a pending contract on Day 1 at full asking price and closed within 30 days! So when it came time to sell my second, much larger home, there was no question who to call. True to form, she delivered those same sky-high standards once again—listing my house on July 13th, putting it pending in just 16 days, and closing on August 24th. Michelle never lowballs or cuts corners just to get a quick deal; she fights to get you top dollar while staying completely fair, reasonable, and professional. What truly sets Michelle apart is how much she genuinely cares. Getting this second home ready felt impossible, but Michelle motivated me and stepped up in ways no ordinary realtor ever would. She spent her weekends helping me organize yard sales to clear things out, even bringing her own family and friends to help! Through every step, she made time for me whenever I needed to talk or ask for advice. She never pressures you—she presents clear, solid information and makes sure every final decision is yours. If you want a realtor who is dedicated, highly skilled, and will go to the ends of the earth for you, hire Michelle Parrish. I couldn't have done it without her!
