Being we were moving from out of state & couldn't be hands on, Laura came through for us in a way we never imagined! It might as well have been us in her body checking and reviewing all things necessary, even noting things we wouldn't have thought of. Working with us with video tours, pics and constant real time updates while continuously being beyond communicative in all aspects. We can't thank her enough for helping us find our dream home and making it such a smooth experience in the process.

Our experience with Joanne was very enjoyable She always explained what was happening with the sale always answered our questions and always answered our phone calls and text messages promptly Would recommend her to anyone

Lisa Mahjoub is your agent... plain and simple. She will work tirelessly for you and keep you informed every step of the way! She will make it happen! I have sold with her twice and would choose no other.

Dave is very knowledgeable on the area, the homes available and their floor plans, and things to look for and to look out for. He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work. Dave helped us to negotiate a good price and gave us great advice on the inspection and repair process. Buying a home can be stressful and we were so happy to have a trusted partner to help us navigate the market and the buying process. There is nothing we wanted that we did not get from Dave Monty!
