My wife and I both had appraisal experience and we recognized how critical finding a good realtor was in selling a home. We looked at reviews and Ashly stood out. Still, we wanted to be sure. We interviewed five different realtors and once again Ashly stood out. We decided to go with Ashley and her team. We never for a moment regretted our decision. Ashley and her team were extremely professional. They did an outstanding job showing our house and highlighting its features. Any time they we had a question the team was extremely responsive. We were successful in selling our house, and Ashly and her team made that possible. Buying or selling, if we were ever to be in the market again, we would look only to Ashley Yates Realty.

James represented us as we were buying a condo while selling our larger home. The process of the two closings was absolutely ridiculous with constant barriers which delayed closing. Going back to the beginning, James was always available and responsive as we looked at different properties. We encountered some issues even with the simple process of looking at properties but James always did his utmost to rectify the situation. The day we were supposed to move into our new condo, we were stuck waiting outside for funding due to the incompetence of the buyer of our other properties lender. James was able to work it out after a 2.5 hour wait for us to access the property while funding cleared for the next day. I have learned through this process that there is a huge amount of incompetence in the industry. James was a a stand out through the disaster of incompetence we experienced. It you are looking for an agent that is reliable and that you can count on, James is your man. I highly recommend him without hesitation!
