Duke and his team were on top of things every step of the way. He told me at the 1st house we went to. "Don't worry, you will get the house you are meant to have". I had that sentence stuck in my head and he was absolutely right! He was on point with what I should offer with where the market is at. 10/10 I will use him again, when the time comes!

We ran into many issues when selling the house. Duke almost always had answers to get the issues dealt with. We were new to selling a house, so him knowing where to turn when problems came up, made things a lot easier.

Kristen sold me this very same home almost seven years ago, and although people become out of touch - we are all so busy these days, but when I called her and said I was going to sell my home and purchase another one, we met to discuss everything, and we picked up right where we left off! Kristen has guided me through buying my first house, selling it, and buying a new one, and I will be forever grateful for her dedication & passion for what she does, her excellent knowledge, truth, & honesty. Getting through this journey was quite challenging, and I couldn’t imagine having gone through it with anyone else but her. I am so blessed to have shared all of it with this great lady!!
