Delphine and TerZa Realty helped me and my fiancé with purchasing our first home. Delphine was patient and explained the entire process ensuring that we were well represented. You want her on your side if you are buying or selling. She’s the best!

Overall good experience

I would like to thank you, Betsey, for all the hard work you did for us. You helped us buy our home four years ago, and you truly went above and beyond—especially with how crazy the market was at the time. When things came up and we had to sell our home, there was no question that we wanted you to guide us again. It was a very stressful time, but you got us through it with patience, professionalism, and dedication. You did a wonderful job helping us navigate everything, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Thank you for everything, Betsey.

Lisa was very helpful with the whole buying process. From setting up viewings, to arranging inspections and even helping me get good house insurance. Her knowledge of the Polk county area and house buying process was top notch.

I have worked alongside many. Many realtors in my life & career whether personally or as a professional counterpart and cannot say enough about Brian Griffin. He does not just do his job; he does above and beyond his job. He will work every legal angle possible to get your deal to the closing table. He has been in this community as a resident, a volunteer, an employee and as a leader! On a deal I never thought would work to my advantage, he proved me and everyone else wrong and got the JOB DONE!!! Look no further for all of your real estate needs...you have found your guy!

Donna came to us on a recommendation and she was totally worth it. During our first meeting at the house she said she had a young couple who "checked all the boxes" and asked if they could come over. They did and now own the house. All this done before we even signed the paperwork for Donna. The for sale sign never made it out of the garage. She kept us up to date and made some valuable suggestions. We have nothing but praise for her tireless work ethic.

Choosing A.J. to help us sell my parents home was the best decision we could have made. A.J. went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. He exceeded our expectations and the end result was a sale that brought more money than we anticipated! A. J. treated us like family, not just another number on his client roster. If you are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend A.J.!
