From start to finish, Mark was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was patient as we looked at over 20 homes before we even made a single bid. He offered good advise and was strong in his negotiations. After the offer was accepted he stayed in constant touch and was helpful in locating mortgage approval, inspections, and anything else we needed. He has even stopped by a couple of times since we closed on our house just to inquire how everything was going. He's a real stand-up guy and I highly recommend him without a single reservation.

Great Agent...Great experience!!

There wasn't one time that I texted Mason and he didn't respond right away! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the properties. I'm from NJ and the process for buying a home is so different from Florida. He helped me navigate the process easily. Navigating thru land leases and lot rentals was not easy. I fully intend on using his services in the future!

I knew before we even officially started house hunting we would be using Rachelle! Before we even started I reached out to her & she referred me to John Lamberg to work with for our loan & sent me her buyers guide which helped make this process and knowing what to expect just absolutely seamless! She took us around within a 2 day period to see around 20 homes & with this being our first home I moments where I started feeling a little discouraged but she was always uplifting & reminding me it’s all okay & apart of the process!
