This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. It’s easy to fall in love with the pretty stuff and completely miss the things that could end up costing you thousands. Thankfully, Dragana doesn’t get caught up in the excitement. Thankfully, she had the patience and wisdom to slow me down just enough to make the red flags impossible to ignore, undoubtedly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs down the road. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. We looked at several properties and couldn't make up our minds. We saw several properties several times. She remained patient with us and extended her time beyond reasonable hours.

Dee was amazing! We lived in Ohio and we were moving to Florida in a very short time frame. We created a list of homes we wanted to see and emailed it to her before we arrived. We got off the plane and met Dee for breakfast. She really took the time to get to know us. Not just as clients but as friends. She was very personable and we instantly felt she had our best interest at heart. Dee asked a lot of discovery questions to find out what was really important to us and what we could compromise on. The first day we saw a lot of the homes we had preselected however they did not hit the mark. At the end of our day, she suggested allowing her to pick some homes she thought we might like. Every home she selected was a definite contender. As we narrowed them down and created our pros and cons list, she was always available for any questions/concerns we had. We made an offer on the third day of visiting and Dee was able to negotiate everything we wanted and more.
