Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome. As a matter of fact, after we met I called her several other times to discuss rental and or sell of my property in case of any changes in my employment since I am military. She never once sounded dismissive nor changed her position on what needed to be done. When the time came to move and I got called to serve as a full time military member, I knew without a doubt who was the person to call. Full confidence in her abilities and I could say, never felt worried... even in todays market. She takes care of business with a high degree of efficiency and never lacks in communicating the ups and down of the negotiations. I am not planning on buying a home any time soon but I can definitely say I don't need anybody else or any other realtor. Thank you Susan!

This is the second house we have had Crystal McCall for our selling agent. In both cases she prepared outstanding on-line presentations which showed the houses in their best light. They were both fine houses, but she made sure potential buyers saw them in the best way possible. The first house was in November 2024. The market was not too good or too bad. We got an offer at full price in 4 days after listing. It closed without incident. The buyers were very pleased with the purchase. The sale was completed in less than one month from the listing date. The second house was just this last Spring. We had Crystal list it in mid-February 2026. The market was pretty soft around then, but we had moved out and needed to list it at that time. There was good early response, but nothing panned out immediately. Not being at all discouraged, Crystal continued her proven sales process. She kept us in the loop on a regular basis. We received a firm offer meeting our expectations, and we closed on the house in late April 2026. These buyers were also very pleased with the home. The first house took 3 weeks from listing to closing. We thought that was pretty good. The second took longer. The soft housing market and the number of houses for sale was fairly large. It was just over 4 weeks before we had a firm sales contract. It then closed in a normal 4 weeks or so. We strongly recommend Crystal McCall if you want a tremendous team of sales and office personnel working for you. We are no longer in the Ocala area, but would go with Crystal on a future sale/or purchase if she were anywhere near us.

Called Kimberly and explained we were ready to move and buy a home, but had a deadline for moving. With no hesitations, She quickly set everything up and took all considerations of what kind of house and area we were looking for as a family. Kimberly took the time to drive all around looking at houses on a weekend, answering any questions we had, helped us with being out of state with inspections, repair negotiations, paperwork and anything else that popped up during the closing process! Bobbi Jo was amazing from the beginning. She knew what we should offer so the counter offer would come back where we wanted. Once we were under contract, we had a TON of hiccups along the way and Bobbi Jo was right there taking care of everything! If I needed an answer on anything, she responded within minutes. Very attentive, super friendly and we can't thank her enough for getting us into our home!
