You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner. We actually did okay until we ran into obstacle after obstacle. After 8 months, we'd had enough. We contacted Jessica and knew it wouldn't be long before the SOLD sign would be in front of our home.
