I felt she listened to my needs, was attentive while we were together, not always answering texts and emails regarding other buyers/sellers. She goes the extra mile for her clients in researching not just listings but also contractors to address inspection items or ways to make a modification you might need to satisfy your wishlist. She is always professional and considerate and makes herself available at all times. I was very happy with the service provided by Julia and would recommend her to anyone who wants a broker who is totally invested in his or her transaction’s success.

David was amazing to work with! He made him self available to us whenever we needed him, he was professional yet easy to talk to and explained things in the simplest of terms. He really looked out for us and advises to do no less or no more than what he would do if it were himself purchasing the home. She was very kind, passionate & had my best interest at the forefront of the buying process. Even after we closed she was still working hard to make sure things that needed fixed by the seller was getting done. She also would check in to make sure everything was ok with us. She took my call whenever I called whether it was night, day or weekends. She even answered my call when she was on a family weekend away. She spoke to me as a person & not a commission.
