Dawn always seem to answer our questions before we had even asked them. Very knowledgeable about the market! Worked with our schedule, made herself available as needed!

Dawn went above and beyond with selling my house. She didn’t give up in this difficult market. I don’t think there was a media platform she missed in advertising my home, and she made it happen. If you need it sold Dawn is the realtor you need.

Dawn is amazing! She got to know my family and myself, and our needs and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home within our budget. She walked me through the entire process and stepped up when I needed her the most. She guided me through inspections and appraisals and searching for this perfect home. Even after the sale was final, she still checked in on me to make sure that everything was going well and has given me more guidance about starting a new life in a different state than I could ever ask for and I really appreciate her! I highly recommend Dawn for all of your real estate needs.
