Dawn is amazing! She got to know my family and myself, and our needs and went above and beyond to find us the perfect home within our budget. She walked me through the entire process and stepped up when I needed her the most. She guided me through inspections and appraisals and searching for this perfect home. Even after the sale was final, she still checked in on me to make sure that everything was going well and has given me more guidance about starting a new life in a different state than I could ever ask for and I really appreciate her! If you need someone who is approachable, dependable and gets the job done, Dawn is going to be your best bet. It was my first time buying a house and she made the entire process streamlined and easy as well as being extremely good at her job at accommodating my needs, especially in a house market as tough as it is right now. Not only did she find the house for me, she managed to help me get a new roof and new AC installed before closing, so thats two things i don't have to worry about for years to come. Seriously, i cannot reccomend her enough.
