I was most impressed by Wendy’s friendliness and knowledge of what I could expect from the sale of my Mom’s house. She sat down with me and went over what other houses in the area were going for and what I could expect. She also gave me suggestions on improvements I could make that were within my budget. Each time the house showed she always followed up with me with feedback on what transpired. In closing I was most pleased with Wendy and how professional she presented herself.
