Don’t hesitate. Hire Kathy. From the start, she was very accommodating and jumped right in to help. We were on a short time line. She had us looking at houses the next day. Very knowledgeable of the area. She really understood our needs and didn’t waste our time showing homes that didn’t meet our expectations. She even pointed out some things to look for and/or avoid. We found a house within a few days. It worked out perfectly. She even worked through her cruise vacation to ensure the seller fixed what was needed from the inspection. I felt so bad that she worked everyday of her vacation but that just shows her dedication to her clients. She has an extremely pleasant demeanor and very friendly personality. My daughter purchased a property with her and she went out of her way to make sure they would see many properties during the day. I cannot say enough about the transcendental patientce and knowledge Celine provided to my family and I during a difficult period. We lost my mother, the rock of the family, this past year. My father opted to move to an independent living facility, though a lot of hurdles had to be undertaken. Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts. I don't think anyone knows the real estate market in this area better than Carol. The home we purchased when we were selling this home needed some remodeling. Carol put us in contact with an excellent contractor that she has personally used herself.
