Daylin goes out of the way to make sure people see your property ama y times during the day. She is honest about the offers you get and doesn’t pressure you to take the first offer. My daughter purchased a property with her and she went out of her way to make sure they would see many properties during the day. She was honest about the locations they were looking into, she would be honest about properties with any type of problem. She’s the best out there!

Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts.
